Detailed Description of ICP-ATF Course
The goal of the ICP-ATF course is to help you make your meetings more effective, both as a participant and facilitator, by exploring a variety of models, ideas, and techniques so that you may be influential in creating a culture of collaboration. The course focuses on skills, techniques, and the mindset of the facilitator stance of an Agile Coach.
An Agile coaching mindset and approach to team facilitation can unequivocally transform the dynamics of an organization. By empowering Scrum Masters, Agile leaders, and others at all levels with coaching skills, their impact on the organization will boost team morale, engagement, collaboration, performance, and productivity.
Participants will learn group facilitation tools and techniques to effectively structure meetings and workshops that result in meaningful outcomes. As a result of this class, you will develop a deep appreciation for the art and science of facilitation as key to growing collaboration and empowering teams to be self-directed.
Through this knowledge, participants will be able to identify and interact with teams at each stage of team development to have the greatest impact as an Agile Team Facilitator. This will empower coaches, leaders, and their organizations to achieve the next level in overall Business Agility and Servant Leadership.

ICAgile Certification
This course is accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) as fulfilling all Learning Objectives for the Agile Team Facilitation course. In order to earn an ICAgile certification for this course, participation is required in the entirety of the course. Participants must also have the ability to demonstrate competency to their trainers that they have acquired the necessary knowledge to earn the certification. After successful completion of this course, participants will receive an email from ICAgile with the link to claim certification for the ICAgile Certified Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) and be considered an Agile Certified Facilitator.
This certification, combined with Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), are the foundational steps toward achieving the ICAgile Expert Agile Coaching (ICE-AC) This is the Agile industry’s first competency-based certification.

Successful completion of this class enables you to be eligible for the following:
