Overview
An Agile coaching mindset and approach to leadership can unequivocally transform the dynamics of an organization. By empowering leaders of all levels with coaching skills, their impact on the organization will boost team morale, engagement, collaboration, performance, and productivity.
In this course, individuals will further develop their servant leadership skills and enhance their coaching abilities. We will guide participants through the foundational elements of Agile Coaching and provide tangible coaching tools that will be practiced throughout the course and can be immediately applied to your personal and professional world. There will be a focus on the different stances required of an Agile coach, with an emphasis on professional coaching and mentoring skills, along with developing a personal coaching stance.
Participants will learn to see teams as unique systems and become aware of the different systems and subsystems within an organization. From understanding team conflict and resistance to change to developing enhanced listening skills and utilizing powerful questions, coaches in this course will learn to coach teams through their Agile journey toward high performance.
Through this knowledge, participants will be able to identify and interact with teams at each stage of team development to have the greatest impact as an Agile Coach. This will empower leaders and their organizations to achieve the next level in overall Business Agility and Servant Leadership.

ICAgile Certification
This course is accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) as fulfilling all Learning Objectives for the Agile Coaching course. In order to earn an ICAgile certification for this course, participation is required in the entirety of the course. Participants must also have the ability to demonstrate competency to their trainers that they have acquired the necessary knowledge to earn the certification. After successful completion of this course, participants will receive an email from ICAgile with the link to claim certification for the ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) and be considered an Agile Certified Coach.
This certification, combined with Agile Team Facilitator (ICP-ATF), are the foundational steps toward achieving the ICAgile Expert Agile Coaching (ICE-AC) This is the Agile industry’s first competency-based certification.
