Our philosophy
In our training classes, we teach the next generation of coaches to see their clients as naturally whole because of their imperfections—and to see their own unique coaching style in those same imperfect seams.
At Kintsugi Training Institute we believe in an immersive learning experience led by expert facilitators, with printable workbooks, interactive tools, and practice built into every course.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between ICA and Kintsugi classes?
ICA classes (formerly ICAgile) are industry-recognized certifications such as ICP-ACC and ICP-ENT. Kintsugi classes are our own offerings—starting with AI Fluency at Work (KT-AIFW)—with more coming soon.
Are classes live, and who teaches them?
Yes. Classes are live and led by U.S.-based trainers. You’ll practice in breakouts, use interactive tools such as Mural, and leave with printable workbooks and downloadable materials.
Do you offer private or organizational training?
Yes. Many courses can be delivered for intact teams, departments, or organization-wide learning. Use the contact form and choose “Private / organizational training,” or tell us your goals and group size.
Is there an early registration discount?
Yes. Enter code KTIEB at checkout to save $100 when you enroll at least 7 days before class begins.
What is your refund and transfer policy?
Refunds are allowed up to 30 days before the event. Transfers between course dates incur a $50 fee, or $100 if the transfer is within 5 days of class starting.
Can I retake a class later?
Yes. Registration includes lifetime access to that live class—you may retake it as many times as it’s scheduled to run, plus lifetime membership in the Kintsugi Alumni network.
Do you offer AI training?
Yes. AI Fluency at Work (KT-AIFW) is our practical, hands-on course for using AI with clarity, judgment, and accountability—not an “AI 101” or a list of prompting tricks. It’s available for individuals and can also be delivered for teams or organization-wide learning. Ask us about upcoming dates or a private session.
